🛍 Jersey Zone – Return & Refund Policy

At Jersey Zone, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We take great care to deliver premium-quality football jerseys and football shirts in Pakistan. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your parcel, under the terms and conditions listed below:

Return Eligibility

  • Customers must contact us on WhatsApp (the number provided on our website jerseyzone.pk) within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

  • A valid reason for the return must be provided, along with clear photos or a video if needed.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging and condition.

  • In case of damaged or defective parcels, customers are required to share a parcel opening video as proof when submitting the complaint.

  • Customized football jerseys (with your chosen name, number, or design) cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive defective.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • All return parcels must be sent via a trusted courier company.

  • Jersey Zone will not be held liable for any damage, loss, or delay during the return shipment process.

Refund Process

  • Once your return parcel reaches us, our team will inspect it within 24–48 hours.

  • If the product passes our quality check and is verified to be in original condition, a refund or exchange will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

  • If the returned item is found to be used, washed, or damaged, it will be sent back to the customer with Cash on Delivery (COD) charges.

Deductions & Non-Refundable Charges

  • A 5% government tax on the COD amount may be deducted from the refund as per courier policy.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in all cases.

  • Refunds will only cover the product’s price, excluding delivery fees.

Return Time Limit

  • Return or refund requests made after 7 days of parcel delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Items returned without prior approval or after the allowed period will not be eligible for any refund or exchange.
